Lightning is cool when you're not almost getting killed. Glad you're okay!

Last night, on the 19th floor balcony of a friend's place in Ballston, that was some loud thunder.

THREE times lightning struck the construction crane directly across the street. Wicked. Awesome lightshow, even saw a power station get nailed and a big green fireball bubble pop off of it. DAMNIT why didn't I have my camera...

On Saturday, we were watching a movie at a friend's house and another bolt struck maybe 30-40 yards out the window. It was really loud, at least for them anyway.

I apologized to everyone and said it was my fault
