I'm not trying to pick so please don't take this the wrong way, but you say you didn't see him...yet you said he was a couple cars behind? How do you know where he was if you didn't see him?
My point is he could have paced you in that little time without you realizing he was behind you. I know how fast the S get's up to 65 off the line! So if he felt you were really hitting it and he had to do 80mph to catch up that could be how he paced you. Could just be he guessitmated your speed if he was in fact a couple cars behind. I'm sure the fact that your a young man, driving a nice sports car didn't help your chances!

Trust me this happens to us all...in fact I was threatened to be arrested after being stopped in Reston for 'supposed' racing cause my tires in my CL-S chirped. Luckily I had my bro call the cop & get me out of it. But I never saw him and he was sitting in a turn lane behind me...
