Squibb and His Buddy Ernie.
That is a strut tower bar(kinda funny name since we don't technically have struts). Again, congratulations on your new acquisition. But for future reference, you might want to check here before you spend any more money to have others do the less technical jobs. There are many owners in the Mid-A that are always willing to help.
You might want to consider picking up a socket set that includes 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, and 17mm. These are the most commonly used sizes on the S. Also, open/closed wrenches including the previously mentioned sizes will allow you to do many tasks. Of course, the ol' Phillips screwdriver, too.

Thanks. I do have an extensive set of tools. I usually do all of my own mods under the hood...first time on a Honda though. I just need to brush up on my researching skills!

Thanks again. Ernie's a nice guy. Will you be going to AMS Tuning tomorrow night in Gaithersberg??? We are meeting around 6:00 pm... Mike from the shop is going to be grilling and providing the drinks! Not bad, ehh?
Thanks again guys.

That's a boat-load of $$$ for such a small gain in rigidity!!!
