hello guys~ came from SoCal forum!! back in East Coast!

i got a ticket in Alexandria, VA for 47/35! almost got a DUI as well but avoided that one... i was only .04.... *hew~*

anyways, do you guys know of any lawyer who would get improper equipment or some other deal? i've removed one before in NC but don't know any in VA.

Improper equipment? Right. You were clocked doing 33% over the speed limit. No speedo is that far off.

 

You'll get letters in the mail offering legal services. Was your ticket inthe City of Alexandria? Or, will you be visiting Fairfax County GDC? If the latter, you will need all the luck that has been wished on you in this thread thus far and then some.

 

Guy I know just had lawyer reduce his 87 in a 65 (reckless in VA anything over 80) to improper equip. Cost him over 250 in lawyer fees and court cost. It can be done. Just not cheap.

 

plea bargain for points and save yourself the hassle, that works in NJ as long as it only a 2 point ticket...
