thanks for the advise! i m sure i could find some cheap lawyer... it was in city of Alexandria.

court date is wednesday so can't make that because of work.
um if youre gonna not go, i suggest you get a laywer and have him formally appeal. not going to deal with your legal issues bc of work is not gonan fly with them.

and as far as getting a "cheap" laywer, just remember you get what you pay for. there was no way i was gonna get out of what i did as lightly as i did if i got some bs 300 dollar traffic lawyer.

one last edit. GO TO THE DRIVING CLASS BEFORE COURT! you have something to show the judge and you get a few points back.

Guy I know just had lawyer reduce his 87 in a 65 (reckless in VA anything over 80) to improper equip. Cost him over 250 in lawyer fees and court cost. It can be done. Just not cheap.
Shit, if you think $250 isn't cheap you are crazy.

I paid over 4k for my

Reckless
Racing
and 17 over. to get REDUCED. Va beach though, they'll **** you.

And you told him you had alcohol on your breathe, even though you weren't deemed impaired legally?
