Default tboned!

well i got tboned this evening at 7pm and had to be pulled from the car and taken to the ER....it wasnt the S just my civic but Thank God im ok...I was at the top of my neighborhood and a lady was merging into the turn lane to turn into the neighborhood w/ her blinker on...as i begin to pull out this heffer changes her mind and tries to merge back onto the mainroad tboning the **** out of me lifting the car into the air...her license plate is impaled into my vehicle door...my legs were pinned under the steering wheel and my upper body was over the center console...she is trying to say it wa smy fault just saying i pulled out and got tboned and swindled some guy that was in the left lane behind her into saying the same...but i have an eye witness that says she did merge into the lane and then attempt to move back onto the main road...my car was struck in the turn lane but i was unable to take pics at the scene cuz i was taken to the hospital via ambulance, but got some shots of oil spots after i left the er...the oil spots would indicate where the car came to rest which was in the turn lane...what an evening ....be safe

Glad to hear that you're ok. This may be a tricky one to deal with insurance, but the important thing is that you are safe.

Glad to hear that you're safe... it's rough when you get extricated from the car. I'm glad you got out so soon! What hospital did they take you to, if you don't mind me asking?
