It was around 3:00 pm on Saturday. The Parks at Georgetown really aren't anything like any mall in the Hampton Roads area.

It has it's mall, but it's mostly the surrounding shops that are good.

The best way to think about it... imagine granby street. Make Granby Theater a bit larger and make it a mall. All of the surrounding bars up and down Granby street are actual shops. However, not only is it Granby streets, but all of the streets - even the ones that go perpendicular to Granby.

... that's Georgetown.

 

there are also a lot of good small resturaunts and a couple of bigger ones right on the waterfront.

Last weekend was perfect weather for lunch/drinks outside.

Leaving 757 Friday @ 3pm
Should be up there by 7pm
Having dinner with friends around 8pm
Calling up cap1 to see what's poppin that night

Saturday

D.C. Sights and Museum in the morning
Beef Fest in Centerville in the afternoon
Dinner in Waldorf with friends
No plans saturday night (maybe hit up cap1 again)

Sunday

Church @ 8am
Holocaust Museum @ 10am
More D.C. sight seeing
Busch Gardens Hall-o-scream during the night

If anyone wants to meet up friday or saturday night, I'm game.
