Upgrades/Mods
I am getting the mods/upgrades list below installed on my 2006 S2K over the next three weeks. I plan to take lots of pictures and make before and after videos for the exhaust. Any comments or suggestions good or bad would be appreciated.
Invidia - Q300 Cat Back Exhaust Dual Tips
GTSPEC - Type D Front Strut Tower brace
Megan Racing - Adjustable Front Sway Bar

Can you give us some info on the car the way it sits now? I'd probably hold off on the strut tower brace as that's not a real important upgrade until you're running comp-r tires and really stressing the chasis. That money might be better spent elsewhere like on new engine mounts, brakes, or tires.
I would agree with the post above. Strut tower brace on s2k is not needed. Just look at the huge I beam looking chassis component connecting both sides of the strut towers inside the engine bay...
Now in regards to exhaust... If you are planning to daily the car, I suggest Tanabe Touring. I had one, and before the car switched to being track only toy, that exhaust was the best street oriented upgrade for the exhaust ever. But I'm not sure how q300 sounds like, it might be just as light and quiet.
I like that you are installing adjustable sway bars in first with the oem suspension. If you ever doing to do some performance driving. Having just adjustable sway bars on oem suspension is the way to learn how to set up the car properly.
Some of the mods for you to consider in the future:
AP1 clutch slave cylinder
Tires
Refreshing the brakes with some HP+ or HPS pads
Enjoy the car!

If you have no goal, then any suggestions posted here will also be without purpose.
Invidia - Q300 Cat Back Exhaust Dual Tips -- Don't. Better exhaust is only slightly more expensive. Tanabe Medalion Touring Dual won't deafen you like this will and the drone is terrible. Hear it on a car first, internet sound clips are useless.
GTSPEC - Type D Front Strut Tower brace -- Unnecessary, the car is super stiff to start with. (Yeah I have the AEM but it's really just bling.)
-- Chuck

Improve performance and handling.
What is your goal?

I did have a valve adjustment and plugs replaced. I also had the serpentine belt replaced at the same time. I am not a car expert so I do not know about a lot of the details. At 43k miles should I expect issues with any or all of these.?

I use it for my commute to work which is all back roads. I want to get on a track just so I can run it without worrying about getting a ticket or causing an accident that hurts or kills someone. It usually spends the weekend in the garage. I try to stay clear of parking lots in a desperate attempt avoid door dings. Thanks for the info I will check out the engine mounts.
