Default w1ngman's Home For Sale

Alrighty...most anyone that knows me knows Taska & I have been working on making our small horse farm "ready for market." And she's now listed. I really love the work Taska and I have put into this property over the last 12 years now. Resting on 3.92 acres, fenced and cross-fenced, there are lots of improvements to this property...least of which include (all new as of '01) new vinyl siding, windows, roof, paved driveway. The last two months for Taska and I have been spent nit-pickingly tweaking this home to be truly "as good as new." Given that it was built in 1978, I stand proud to say that the house looks as good inside and out as anything newly built on the market. It comes with a homeowner's warranty good for a year for *anything* that might go wrong. Though nothing should...it is, in our estimation, a means to give a next owner complete comfort in knowing they're purchasing no "money pit" .

Anyway, here are some pics. Even if no S2000 owners have interest directly...perhaps you could pass this information along to friends, family, and/or co-workers that might be interested. Taska and I are very eager to sell this property and move our life on towards building our dream home/farm (and garage! ) on 22 acres! And if you have no one to pass along this information to, then just enjoy the pics I'm sharing...because they represent hard work and I just want to share that ...

$299.950...price reduced on 8/5

And here is a link to our realtor's website of our home. Again...if you know of anyone that might be interested, please pass this information along to them. This property is located ~ 15 minutes west of Richmond, VA. Great location "close-in...but away from it all." And still close to I-295, 288, 95 & 85.

Good luck with the sale, W1ngy. And with your new place! Seems like it's priced well.

I'll take two, please.

It looks like an ideal S2000 breeding farm
That price seems rediculously low, considering the housing prices up here. And very nice looking place, too.

Good luck with the sale!

Very beautiful house. I had the pleasure of being in it. Dave and Taska have done a lot of wonderful things to the house. The garage is pretty nice too.
