right now its just me and a friend driving an M3. he'll be at my place in the next 10 minutes then we'll be heading out. we'll probably be in the pungo 'area' around 6 or so.

I would have come down this weekend but I work every Friday and Saturday night so things planned on very short notice are hard to make...hopefully I can make it down to the beach....oh wait nevermind...I have a wedding to go to this saturday.Well maybe next saturday i'll make it down to the beach.So if anyone wants to plan something for next saturday I'd be interested...that gives us about 2 weeks.

How about a BBQ Next Saturday? I know its July 4th weekend and all and some may already have plans...but whats a better BBQ date than that?

Maybe some park with ALOT of trees since it'll be 800 degrees outside more than likely.Anyone have any good places they can think of....I was thinking something like a BBQ/Pool party kinda thing.....

that sounds like a great idea! do you know what area you might want to have it in...ie; hampton, vabeach, etc...?

Well I dont know how many people from the Richmond area would be interested or from northern Va for that matter.I know Matt lives in Williamsburg so that's pretty much halfway between Richmond and Va beach.Maybe he would have a suggestion around his way.If im the only one coming from this area then I probably wouldnt mind making the trip to any of those areas you mentioned.Guess it really depends on how many people are interested.I would need some more input from others down that way in regards to parks,pools,etc. before would could actually pick a location...i'll do some more research.

I was thinking of a park that may have a pavilion so that there can be some shade,maybe a volleyball court, etc. Mount Trashmore came to mind..but that place will probably be packed out weekend of July 7th.
