lowered couple of days ago...so i doubt there are noticeable scuff marks on the liner...
so should I wait to do the alignment and see if it still rubs?
ppl suggested UK alignment...

im lowered on a coilover setup with about a finger gap at all four corners.
my alignment specs are -1.5* in the front and -2.0* in the rear.
i had my rear fenders rolled by pro imports. i also modified my rear bumper and moved the bumper bracket further back.
i have been rolling on this setup for about 2 months and have had NO rubbing issues whatsover.
last weekend, i was going a bit too fast over an incline and bottomed out with my wheels slightly turned and ****ed my right front front fender up. the tire is also finished.
i am going to correct this problem with a front fender cut and pull (which will be done by pro imports) and an increase in dampening.
bottom line:
going in straight lines with aggressive offsets is easy, clearing inclines and road imperfections while turning is the hard part. corrected alignment measurements will ensure zero contact with tire and fender only in straight lines.
i would be most concerned with having your fronts clear vs. your rears. since you are lowered, the camber has already been altered (more negative) from stock.
if i were you, i would first modify the fronts by bending the liner tabs inward and tucking the fender liner behind the fender lip. this will provide a tad more clearance. drive the car and see if it still rubs. if it does, then do the alignment.
when i first put my wheels on, i was having some rubbing problems in the front and it was because of the liner not clearing wheel travel over bumps. i bent the tabs inward and tucked the liner behind the fender and all the rubbing went away.
just my .02 : im in no way an offset expert, but hopefully my experience will help you out.

i spoke with guys at proimport and they say it's usually the rear that rubs and front is fine...but i feel like rubbing is coming from the front when i hit the bump...
any solid way to tell? i tried looking under but...they are just black liners so hard to tell...

Now my rears are are a whole diff. story, that thing rubbed sooo bad before i took the baseball bat to it. It still rubs a big bumps now so that is why im going to have proimports flare and cut them very soon and i will also stiffen up the rear dampening.

I still have room to go lower. If I actually did put my coilovers all the way to the lowest setting. The body would be on the ground.
