Angry Windshield replacement?

Has anyone had their front windshield replaced in Richmond, VA?
I am looking to have mine replaced soon. I had a rockchip driving on 295 which expanded 6 inches on each side during yesterday's day freeze while the car was in the parking lot.
I appreciate any recommendations.

Thanks!
I'll see what he says... I have three quotes already from $220-$350. I am more concerned with quality. Honda's windshields seem to be susceptible to cracking. I have three friends (2 Elements, 1 Accord) all had a cracked windshield within the first few months of ownership. Then of course there is 295 with rocks flying from all directions!!

Along the line of windshield replacement not due to a crack. Has anyone tried or had any success with filling in the sand blasting that just naturally occurs from our windshield being so close to the ground and in the road spray during inclement weather? I have seen some stuff advertised on TV for taking the scratches out of prescription glasses that seems interesting. Has anyone tried it? Does the "good old" Rain X in the bottle work to some extent? To help fill in the sand blasted effect?

Anyone?
