We've had snowpocalypse the past two winters, so this one will probably be a complete bust. But that's only if you go to all the trouble to get your car ready for it. If you decide not to and be lazy, we will inevitably get over a foot of snow again and you'll be screwed.

In other news, F DC winters.

I had experienced with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus UHP All Season tires on my first winter with my S and it was great. Never had a problem going thru some light snow but it was too expensive for me when time to replace. After Michelin I had the Sumi HTR III, got caught in heavy snow while drving on a winding back road. It was one my most exhilarating drive evah! Survived the entire winter season without problem.

Lol if you're talking about my pic yes I grew up in Bowie and now live in glen burnie. Should of known better than to go down that road a few days after rain lol that road is always shut down and since the bridge was blocked by water I saw a photo opportunity.

but another reason is I have almost bald tires so any tire is good enough for me. thing is I work for a tire shop so I can get any tire very cheap. but I'm familiar with installing factory size tires on normal vehicles. and I was also unsure of what people get away with when it comes to tire sizes with our cars I thought a 255 size would be crazy but apparently its common place.... but thanks for the advise I'm gonna buy a set on tuesday.

I just threw on some Kumho Ecsta 4Xs (they're replacing the ASXs). We'll see how they do if we get any snow this winter.

Im sure we have enough info on tires, but what about tire pressure wise? Do you guys lower tire pressure at all? or do you guys put spec all year long? I'm just curious. I personally drop a lot when I know it'll snow for sure. Then bump it back up after the storm. Am I the only one?
