Hello everyone,

Would somebody help me locate S2000 tuners in the UAE, more specifically in Dubai.

I just bought my S2000 less than a month ago. I was previously a Mitsubishi EVO owner and know the guys at 1000 dunes garage (Sam performance previously) but when it comes to Honda S2000 tuners I'm clueless.

I am trying to find somebody to hook me up with a Turbo kit since I'm addicted to boost

I have been into this before

if you are looking to tune a 2008 s2000, then my advice is to not only find a good tuner but also you have to find a tuner who can tune the e-manage ultimate, since it is the only EMS that connects to 06+ middle east cars ... in addition, it is highly recommended that this tuner knows how to tune a DBW car

Kpro is not yet available for middle east cars

AEM EMS works but you will need a custom harness, plus you will lose your VSA and CEL will be always on

Finally .... with 06+ is not easy to tune ... you and the tuner should know lots of things related to DBW and Middle east specs

Note: not all boost products in US works in our cars

I've read about that in your topic Mysuzuka but if you visit the GREDDY website, they have already released a kit that is compatible with 06+ S2K's.

Shouldn't this kit be easy to install?

I've seen some S2k's in UAE using a LoveFab kit too but I'm wondering where did they install these kits.

installing the kit and the hardware is so easy, might take one day only

the kit you have seen on greddy website is pre tuned on 2.2L F22C engine, if you buy it you will need to tune it from scratch, and the tuner should be familiar with both DBW and the e-manage ult

regarding UAE loveFab kits, do you know if those are installed on 06+?

If yes, are they tuned via E-manage Ultimate?

If yes, and you found that tuner, you should know how well was the tune and how much is the A/F ratio all over the curve

cyrill.. check out the people at LAP 57 in sharja they got people who know hondas but i wouldnt trubo it although i really wanted to out here tooo risky.. but ne way check out LAP

you could use motec to tune your 06+, you just need someone who knows what the hell their doing, an Apexi vafc would also work but wont be as effective as an emanage ultimate or motec, its very limited tuning wise.

Yes, as Blkbullet mentioned Lap57 is the best garage for Honda's here. They have added stroker kits, superchargers etc. to S2000 from all years and have qualified technicians experienced in hondas of all shapes and sizes.

What about Performance Group, TAM Engineering and VoomTuning?

Do you guys know anything about these tuners?

voom is over priced, you would get the same product a couple of hundred bucks cheaper from performance group. Also, performance group gets you parts a lot earlier then voom.... dont know much about tam though

Forget Voom. Performance will outsource to Lap 57 if they are not sure and Tam can do it but I don't think they have a Honda specialist the likes of Lap 57 - let's put it this way, I will only take my NSX to Lap 57!!
