Default Time for a testpipe!

Its not very often that a stock part goes bad and you get the opportunity to replace it with an aftermarket alternative that is not only significantly cheaper, but will actually make the car faster. That opportunity is upon my doorstep. After an alignment yesterday, Tim Herron checked a CEL code and found that my cat-converter is done for.

Instead of spending $900 on a new Honda cat, I am opting to go testpipe for my Invidia exhaust: less noise inside, more noise outside, and more power to the ground.

So, I know that there are a few of you who have a testpipe. What I need is to know what kind it is, where you got it, how much it costs, what else I need to simumlate the O2 sensor that typically be located at the back of the cat. I wanna get this put on as soon as possible, any help is appreciated!

I have the berk $90-99 shipped. I got it through the group buy through berk. Just bolt it on and it has the simulator or what not on it already. I don't think it'd be too hard for you to find a used cat for around $90-100 plus shipping. I say buy the test pipe and try it out... if you don't like it you could probably swap someone the testpipe for their cat.

I've never had a CEL from the berk test pipe.

I put the t1r on my car for about 5 months. Felt guilty for the environment and my wife (who did not know I put it on the car) commented about the smell a couple of times. I sold it to Juan (El blak s2k) and put my cat back on. The quality was 1st class and no CEL. I do miss the fire balls @ nignt.

I think you have to be supercharged/turbo for that, though I'm sure your car will be able to fart out some puffs of smoke from time to time!
