The IRL race on Sunday is at the Kansas Speedway. IRL at the Speedway means my homegirl Danica is racing less than an hour from my house, and I won't be there....
I could go buy some tickets from a scalper, but I would rather miss the race than risk trouble with the Po Po...
Next year we need to make this race a mandatory KC S2K club meet.

This race is every year on the weekend of the 4th of July. I went to it the first 3 years. tickets are easily picked up for cheap at ticket brokers since you/they have to buy tickets to EVERY event at the track to get the nascrap race tickets in october. This weekends race tickets are usually given away by season ticket holders or sold for dirt cheap. Kind of a shame since its more fun to watch the indy cars than the "stock" cars.
At least next year should be even better (more cars, drives and a motor other than honda) since champ car and the irl should have merged by then.

My appologies...
I should have read the boards this week...
Being in the industry I had all kinds of offers on tickets and could have probably gotten tickets for anybody that wanted them. Whether free or ones for sale. I had offers on doing the suite and pit pass tickets, but I didn't really feel up to it.
