Default Would it hurt?
Is there anything that I could hurt by powdercoating my intake black? What about ac lines and other metal tubes under my hood?

Those might be good questions for ryanfeldman over in the Gateway section. I know he had a bunch of stuff PC'd blue a couple years ago.

You shouldnt have a problem. People do their intercooler pipes and stuff all the time. I powdercoat stuff myself, you should be fine.

IIRC Scott's (dsddcd) manifold is powdercoated.

If you do powder coat it you will pick up at least 10-20 HP

Just polish the a/c lines. I polished everything aluminum under my hood and it turned out great. Takes a lil elbow grease, but I know you have plenty at your age and you've proven that in the past.
