i know what the website says.. if its not something i can step into in the near future then ill find something else to do. i havent taken all the neccessary steps for McD yet... i dont plan to for a few months. when that time comes ill post what i was able to get away with and how i did it...if i do.
stop wasting your time posting bogus ideas when you can't even take 5 minutes to read the company website to learn the minimums to start a franchise. posting some tidbits that your friend's friend's cousin's uncle said he paid ... worthless

you have no idea what you are doing, but good luck with whatever it is you and your 'business partner' come up with

I looked into franchises off and on for future reference and for a wealthier friend who was interested. 100k tells me right off the bat you aren't serious.

Wendy's was the only major player that wasn't unbelievably pricey IMO. Jason's Deli is almost 1/2 the cost of a MCD's; and a much better deal again IMO. That's what we narrowed it down to but like cthree touched on the best areas are often far away. Then you have to consider why there isn't a store there already? Do you know the customer base here?

actually i was looking at L&L Hawaiian BBQ franchise - most of you probably haven't heard about it if you don't live in Hawaii or SoCal, but the food in that place is to die for, and i thought about opening one up in the midwest: large portions of protein, carbs, and calories for cheap, who wouldn't want that?

on top of that: SPAM MUSUBI...yummmm
