My father in law is a home builder. Several years ago, he built a nice 3600 ft^2 home in Corrales, NM (the cost per acre of land there is about $200k), as a spec house. He's been trying to sell it ever since it was built. First, he tried to sell it on his own. Later he went with a realtor specializing in higher-end homes. First, he was listing for about $890k, then 850... he's getting pretty desperate now, and has dropped the price $100k, to $750k. He's asking for my help to give it maximum publicity. In addition to being listed on MLS, we've got it on both Craigslist and Ebay. Are there any other venues you guys know of to put the word out there?
