I bought FRE at $2, let's just say that. And GE at $21 (which I thought was good at the time ).
Sigh. Oh well, I sold off FRE when it hit $1, but I'm holding on to GE for shits and giggles (only 5 shares I think?)

I left the market in Feb and only dipped a toe in a few times to test the water since. I've got less than $2K in stocks right now but I'm starting to nibble a little more. Probably won't do much before the new year but I'll probably commit some cash in the first few weeks of the year and gradually ease back in looking for deals.

I want to publicly thank Magician and his magic Portfolio Optimizer software. I re-shuffled my mix early in '08 based on the recommendation, and I *only* lost 12% in '08, which is still significant but not as bad as it would have been if I hadn't re-shuffled (upwards of 45% loss estimated).
