Was wondering what websites everyone uses to find the latest news on companys or online tools to help you evaluate a company and its stock's worth. I'm having trouble finding news about companies as soon as it comes out.

No one has any recomendations? To start I use google finance (to build and monitor a watchlist - real time quotes), market watch (provides past 4 years financial statements), small cap network (small cap stocks to keep an eye on), stoxline.com (forward/future p/e), and msn financial
