Lucky man!

My top had a tiny rip when I test drove it, but when I picked it up for delivery it was no-where to be found!

i was told the hole in my 01 was normal "wear and tear"

good to hear the dealer is taking care of you

 

"wear and tear" That's taking things a bit literal I would say. Shame on that dealer.

I am glad this one seems to be stepping up. Maybe you should take them up on their offer now and put it away with the new top before they change their minds or owners or something by spring.

 

I'm sure the dealer will be pleased that you told us all to call them if our tops rip.

 

hey can you ask them to keep your old top and sell it to me.

 

This happened to me after two weeks of ownership. The dealership replaced the entire unit as you have described.
