Default another long day

Well, I got to spend another day in the hospital. It was a scheduled appointment to remove a cyst that grew on the back of my knee due to the accident. All in all it went well and I'm slowly gaining more movement in knee. Still painful, but I'm doing alright. Next focus is on the ankle.

I hear that, which does suck. But it doesnt cost anything for jail time. Lets hope he gets some of that to think about what he has done.

No, he won't be spending any jail time. That was one of the first questions asked when the accident occured. Being his first offense I agreed for him to go to AA, inwhich he must plead guilty to all counts, which he took. I figured it was really the best option for him and he doesn't loose his job. He'll now be marked as a convicted felon though

^ Well, I will say you are a nice guy.

Being marked a felon will at least have something for him to remember his mis-doing for.

Just glad your healing.
