Den mother says: People can't take advantage of you unless you let them, but Bass has a hard time saying no to the needy.

People show up at your door since you live alone....they don't think they are "disturbing you." You need a woman to move in, then people will leave you alone.

hang some curtains in the windows, add a few ruffles to them, and folks will think a woman lives there now....no more guests, cause then they will think you are "busy."

Steve, Steve, Steve

this is not a problem. what you gotta do is get one of these babies for the door.

post your rates at $75.00 a night. ( per person)

one of two things will happen.. the grifters stop or you can afford an S again.

win win the way I see it.

Poor Steve, I can understand why you have PMS now All good advice though. No one can take advantage of you unless you let them.

I have a hard time with that too. It comes from being an overly nice person And having trouble saying NO!

If I wasn't nice I could actually make money from my customers. That is one lesson from the old business that was well learned the hard way.

If you weren't so nice you would kick people out OR make them pay you money... I kinda like the $75/night idea.

Wish I had more than one bedroom... how much can I charge people to sleep on the living room floor Jerry? Of course they can then cuddle with the hard top Kenta is loaning me this summer Maybe they should pay more for that privilege?

well the real question with regards to additional compensation vis-a-vis use of the hard top would relate to whether or not they were actually utilizing the hardtop for additional protection from the elements. since this is proposed to occur within an already enclosed area with sufficient heating etc it is unlikely that any additional charges could be levied.
However with regards to cuddling however and other "related types of activities"; well if that is what they are into you may have discovered an untapped market with substantial return possibilities.
