My A4 was a smoker's car when I bought it. I actually did nothing, and after 3 months I just couldn't smell it anymore. Then again, those were summer months with plenty of heat and windows-down.

The best thing you've got going for you is that it's leather... cloth seats just add more surface area for smoke to seep into. Leather doesn't seem to absorb smells. So with a rug shampooing, you should be most of the way there.

Might want to give the leather a good cleaning/conditioning, too. If nothing else, it'll be cleaner & softer, and smell like leather conditioner instead!
I hope so...the place I take it is a top-notch detailer so I'm thinking this isn't
the first car they had to try to get the smoke smell out of.

I'm getting a complete interior detail which will include a good cleaning of every
surface inside the car, including carpet, leather, dash, hopefully the headliner.

Thanks Levi, yeah it is a pretty nice first car compared to my first 2 or even 3 cars. And he better take care of it because if he wrecks it, he's on his own.

See, this is why I don't like Black Friday.

This simply shouldn't happen in a civilized nation.

Wal-Mart Employee trampled to death.

But does this surprise anyone? Saddly I wasnt surprised at all. Working for a major retailer I have heard all kinds of Black Friday tales that just show people suck.

That is totally ridiculous that sh!t like that has to happen...but believable.

Because people these days don't give a f**k who they hurt as long as they
get what they want when they want it.

I hope they sue the pants off of the idiot, although what will they get? Rights
to the double wide and a lifetime supply of Schlitz??
