Car Gurus
We bought the "P" car after finding it on car gurus. Time to sell the 2008 WRX (any buyers here?) thinking of placing an ad on Car Gurus. Anyone have any advice if we go that route?
Thanks.
Thanks.

2012 Boxster only had 11K on the odometer. Owned by a couple who might have been older than us! I must say I enjoy the creature comforts, the room, and it handles nicely. We've not gone too far in it as of yet....the S stays though. A set of snow tires in the fall and Rick will use it as a daily driver.
Very nice!

Step 1 - listing on car gurus for the WRX. Rick was detailing it this past weekend, and a neighbor expressed some interest. I'll look into putting an ad on Auto Trader too.

Sweet ride.
For your WRX, you a better off selling on CL unless you think you can't support the lemon law long enough on it.

Thanks. It has been a reliable car. We just don't have the Subaru We have one car too many We'll see how we do. There is no rush to sell it. Not so sure I/we want to deal with some of the "aspects" of selling on Craig's List, we'll keep it in mind.

The hassle part of selling a car will be a constant no matter which website you sell through; that does not change. Why not go for the free ad first? Just keep the price low and it'll sell no problem. MA is a tougher state to sell a used car out of warranty in for a private party. Keep that in mind. You can go to CarMax and if their trade in amount is good, just sell the car to them.

If you don't have a P car mechanic, check out Conway Autoworks in Hanover. Good guy (Kenny). Small one/two person shop, primarily work on Porsche cars.
I store the S with them for the winter.
His website is weak but has a decent facebook page with recent works....

This has to be the best Porsche repair facility in MA, if not all of New England. Right on Rt 135 in Natick. European Performance Engineering
