ok its -17 right now and its not even midnite

Been a few years since I remember it being this cold.

^^ I'll take it!

my thermometer right now is showing -17.4 and up the road a ways in houlton maine they are showing -29 right now.

Thats some serious cold!

Onto the good news the furnace is only running about 15 mins out of an hour. I love my investment in windows ,doors, and insulation right about now

ok so its only -31 right now in berlin NH and presque isle maine anybody for a polar dip? Anybody?

Minus 24.6 here at 6:15 am and still dropping. Got to load up the woodstove again.

actually if you were going for a dip, that would indicate water in it's fluid state.
For fresh water at standard temperature and pressure that would be 32

Thermometer on the car read -6 on the way in to work this morning. Every single vehicle on the highway had plumes of smoke coming out the tailpipes, it was pretty amusing. Felt like I was playing spy hunter.
