For some reasons, my stomach does not agree with Bagel or donut. If I eat one donut, it will stay in my stomach all day. I don't need to eat anything else.

When I come to think of it, it is a money saver.

Rarely, and only if someone has them at a meeting or party or something.

I won't give anyone the enjoyment of watching a cop order a donut at the drive through

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, I've never had indigestion or heartburn in
my life. I guess my body is so used to me eating junk food that getting more
of it doesn't put my body into crisis mode.

Heck, even Wendell's food didn't give me indigestion or heartburn, so what does
that tell ya?

Bill - Omeprazole exhausted me so I stopped taking it. I'm now on the generic version of Protonix.

You really do need to take the tummy pill every day. You can do a lot of damage by not controlling the acid daily. To a point where it can lead to a lot of other nasty, unpleasant illnesses if you do not follow your daily dose. Popping a pill every day is nothing when faced with the "what could be if you don't" scenario.

Look up Barrett's esophogus (sp) and then you'll realize taking a daily pill isn't so bad.

Really? I notice I get tired in the evening much sooner than I use to. I wonder if it has anything to do with the pill???
