I would love to go but the 11 hour drive would be tough.

^^^That's for sure, plus that time of year we sometimes still have snow here.

I don't think I'll be able to do this. It'll be really early in the year; I plan to pull my car from hibernation on April 15th (tax day). Last year, it took me about a week to get insurance for it, change all the fluids and get it ready for another summer of use. On top of that, I'm already committed to some pricey events next summer. I'll need food/lodging/gas/whatever money for a trip to Nova Scotia and the NJ event. Then I also want to run a full auto-x season. I think I need massive raise, to support my s2k habit. Barring that or finding a +1 willing to finance my s2k addiction, I don't think I'll be able to squeeze many more "large" events into next year's calendar.

It's a long, long ride. Too long for a weekend. We're heading to VA in late April for Vintage Spring Fling and combining that with a vacation, as a 12 hour ride for a weekend, just sounds painful.

We're in for the Nova Scotia trip and hopefully Ellen's VT tour. As of now, that's it for us.
