Seriously, I got married less than a year ago and since I got the S2k my biggest problem has been that I'm scared to let my wife drive the car - scared for Her safety, not the car. She's your average driver who's not into warming up the car, doesn't know what VTEC is or what's the deal with the 9000 RPM redline or RWD, what's throttle steer and why you should not brake, take the foot off the gas or shift gears in a turn, etc........ I got into an accident myself, even after knowing/researching about all this stuff.

Fortunately it turned out she's a higher step driver (as in insurance) than me and my insurance said they won't cover her cause of that. In a year, though, she's gonna come back down to my step and then I'd be looking for another excuse (God help me!). This would be one reason I might sell this car :-(

it's called driving school dude...send her down to skip barber.
She'll come back as the hot shoe and she won't let you drive.

My wife ONLY drives cars with manual transmission. She likes to down shift to slow down and all. Like I said, I really do not care about the car so that's not my problem.

>Of course me being the good husband I am used the scratched wheel as an >excuse to go out and get the new wheels I wanted.

boltonblue: Good idea! I will float it and see....

Brenda drives standard well enough, however she isn't the most careful or focused driver so dents and scratches would abound with any significant amount of seat time. She has driven it, but only in significantly controlled settings.
