Hey Erick, get one of those pickup trucks that really isn't a pickup truck.
You know, the one Chevy makes (I think) that is more about performance
than actually doing pickup truck-like things?

The El Camino and the Syclone fit that description though and I kinda like them both.
I think he's referering to this:

This pig weighed something like 5600 lbs, and could get dusted by a V6 Honda Accord. Tow ratings were (I believe) something like 500lbs, and that was including the passengers!
Just like the GTO, they under-motored it and then by the time they put the more potent engine in it, the thing had already been deep-sixed off of peoples shopping lists. 55 grand asking price quickly went to 8,000 - 12,000 dollar off fire sales...
Only thing interesting about it was the retractable hardtop, but they were notorious for leaking, creaking and rattling. I used to store my S at a home in Dracut over the winter and there were two of them being stored at the same time. Both owners said they could not drive them in the rain or store them outside because they leaked so badly.
You can probably pick one up with 50k on the odo for about 20 grand right now. Cheaper than the Cobalt SS
