first date ideas?
Option 1: Comedy club. It preps her into a good, laughing mood for you to make your move. Also provides immediate common material/topic to talk about.
Option 2: Friday movie night at the Hatch Shell. Perfect for a cheap date. Movie is free; parking is free (along Storrow Drive). You bring your own finger food - perfect chance to show-off your culinary skill. Relaxing... and no one would "sheesh" you if you decide to have a quiet conversation in the middle of the movie. You get to lie down next to your date on the first date! Then walk down to Newbury St. for ice cream to cap off the night. Night is best time to go b/c all the retail stores are closed so your wallet is safe

Last time I had a first date, we had to fight sabre tooth cats and cave bears for our lunch. Then we went parking on my mastodon. Conversation was easy, the only words invented were grok and ugh.
