Some kind of sleeve bolted in? Doubt the material is weldable.

Edit: never mind, it probably won't fit. Back to my dusting.

Bassy- hacksaw the bad end of the pipe. Buy a smaller but stronger thicker pipe. Insert the new pipe to the old pipe and mig weld.
U don't have mig welder huh?

Rick had an old snow blower with handle that would break. Guy at my shop fixed it with a sleeve of some kind, if I remember correctly.

Hope it works. Gotta keep NL out of the sun. Don't want the sun to fry her brain.

depending on the diameter of the pipe you may want to go to your local home depo or lowes the ones around here carry pipe like that . that would be your best bet.

sleeve and tack....I have a light duty arc welder....low amp might not burn through the metal.

P.S. I'm rough, but can strike an arc.
