I always hated Sprint custoemr service until recently. I used their Ecare email service and they were great. No waiting on hold, no BS, no getting transfered, just $150 credit to my account!!!! Sprint FTW!!!!

I liked Verizon and my Razor right up until the ribbon cable to the display broke a week or two after the warranty period. I've been a good customer of theirs for years and took it to the store hoping someone would take care of me. All I could get out of them was I need to buy a new phone at retail or sign up for a new 2 year plan, then pay $50 for a new phone. I asked them why I should stay with them at all when I could just get a new provider and a new phone somewhere else and they had no answer. Thanks to Kev, I have a working phone without signing a new contract, but I have little loyalty to Verizon thanks to their customer service.
Verizon Sux! My died died a year ago yesterday and no matter how many letters i sent out phone calls i made to them they are still sending collection letters to him for his last monthly bill of under $100, to further go into it I cancleed verizon 2 years ago on my own cell plan to do their horrible customer service and it took them over 6 months to send me a lousy check for my credit of $75 I WILLL NEVER EVER go back to verizon in my lifetime period. I have ATT now and im happy very happy!
