Yeah it was launched with the new iPhone 3G. You can browse the App Store via iTunes (iTunes Store->AppStore) however you can't get apps until you upgrade to the newest iPod Touch firmware. I'm waiting for the number of freeware apps to increase there. Last time I checked they didn't yet have the free Solitaire proggy I was using.

"I" have had enough of this "I" crap.
It's like those little rubber band bracelets that everyone wore a few years ago. spend a dollar to buy a yellow one and you are all of a sudden a champion fighter against cancer. Give me a break. the iPhone and everything else with an "i" in it is another "look at me" product and bigtime bandwagon!
the iPhone is great for people who want to feel like they are cutting edge but have no real tech savy. I don't know how Julius fell into this because I know he has plenty of tech knowledge.
