Harry's Place - Route 85 in Colchester, CT. You can also get to Colchester via Rt 2 and Rt 66.

It's a drive-in restaurant with an outdoors picnic area. Food's not fancy, (food quality is excellent). Its the old style roadside drive-in restaurant that makes this place cool.

I hear ya. Awefully grey here with a chance of rain later. And theyre calling for rain sat and sunday now. This stinks but at the same time, hopefully mother nature will bring us good weather for next weekend.

I was just thinking of another idea, dont know if id be any good of a drive for some of us or not but...
Ive been hangin out in the Mini forums also (www.Mini2.com) as i may get one soon as a daily-driver. ANYWAY, i noticed they have a "meet and eat" at "Marcus Dairy" in Danbury CT.
Ive never been to Marcus Dairy (where they have yearly car/bike show meets in the spring/fall etc) but ive heard good things about it. Although ive also heard its very caotic there during the advertised meets. I think thousands show up! Well, its just a thought and a decent ride to get there. Maybe one of these days we can do what the NE Mini owners do and go to Marcus hangout and eat like s.
