What im saying is the porsche is depreciated so sure go ahead and buy one and play with it your not going to lose any more $.

The S is not fully depreciated so you will lose more and more as it gets older.

Ok... I think you're wrong though. Nothing about the 944 makes it immune from depreciation even now. Those cars will get older, more brittle, and the parts will become harder and harder to find; the price will ultimately reflect that. I'm pretty certain its price will continue to drop just like the Porsche 914.

^^ cant get much cheaper than a few grand though. I just saw one on ebay that sold for $899 good fixer upper

So then you'll have a ~20 year old car with nearly no value and the reliability of a Chevy Cavalier... only it'll cost 5x as much to fix it every time it breaks. Best investment EVA!
