OK - here goes with the "attach the name to the requirement" thing!
1) must eat steak and red meat - Hairdresser Chick
2) must NOT have cankles - chick that broke the chair
3) must be smarter than me - so far no one has qualified for this
4) must not complain too much
5) must NEVER ask me to quit smoking - no sure on this one
6) if you have a BF in another country you must never ask if it's ok that he comes to dinner during a visit - german chick
7) bonus points for no kids - all except bartender chick
8) must work normal hours - i don't want to have to wake up at 2:00 am for a "bootie call" cause you just got out of work - bartender chick
9) must like cats (or at least one cat!!) - not sure on this one either
10) must understand that if i am drinking in excess i might say things that i might not normally say
