to my peeps. As all of you know I have changed jobs and for "now" no longer working on the net, so I'm not here all that often.
Here's a list of changes made to an AP2, some of you may already know that...
-New color....Laguna Blue, only with Black leather interior
-VSA-vehicle stability assist
-traction controll system
-added 2 more speakers (somewhere in the roll bars, not sure where yet, since I have not seen the car)
-new redesigned seats.
-new design of wheels as well
The only thing that really surprised me is that you can get the NAV in the Civic for '06 but not yet on the s2k...

I give up. what does AP2 stand for?

 

AP2 is the chassis code on the VIN. It differentiates the 2 liter 00-03 cars (AP1) from the 2.2 liter 04-xx cars (AP2).

 

Thanks Tommi and Chazmeister for the update info. I was looking for info on the 06, and after seeing the seats i dont care for them! I think i may look for a slightly used 04-05

 

I don't really like the new design wheels...but am looking forward to seeing the new blue color should be at the dealership in about 2 months.

 

Tommi, I'd really like to see how responsive the new drive-by-wire throttle system is. If you get any in, let me know.
