Thumbs up Need a good suspension shop in MA

My brother is convinced something is not quite right w/ his Mazda3's suspension after one of its wheels ran up the curb (that's another story). Wheel was bent and replaced; alignment done. I couldn't tell there's something wrong with it. Any recommendation on a good suspension repair shop in MA? Thanks!

I would think that even with a little frame damage, it would be impossible to get it aligned right. How were the alignment specs after the repair?

Whew, I was scared for minute here. When I read the title, I thought you were looking to slam the Boxter or something.

Scott, that's what I am looking for. Been to a couple shops with whose machines myself, but they are too far out of the way for my brother.

Jeff, I don't know the alignment spec first hand, but my brother told me they were pretty off. Hopefully there isn't any frame damage. Only the front wheel jumped the curb, but no body damage.

Eric, when I went to drop off my registration, license plate, check, etc to the dealer yesterday, I saw a good 4-finger gap in my new car's front wheel/fender. I thought, "this baby needs to be dropped!" Thankfully, upon closer inspection, it was the spacers propping it up. Whew!

I hope that Mazda 3's frame is strong enough for a minor impact like that.

Ben, were they gonna remove the spacers? Or did they totally forget about them?

You might call Accel Automotive in Waltham. They're an Italian car specialist and work on non-Italian marques too. Many italian cars are hard to align and they may be able to help you out.

I think they just haven't gotten around to prep'ing the car for delivery yet. I'll check when I pick up the car, but I am sure they will be taken off by then.

Thanks. The "Italian" word rung my bell a bit. They are not super expensive, are they? My brother is only one year out of college.

There is no frame Thomas , your car doesn't have a frame either, It is a unibody . Any good shop can make it like new .
