This place needs a bit of activity Here's a random chat/shoot the breeze thread, tell us what you're up to, and what's happening. Talk about your sports team, biatch about your job, whatever.

I'll start. Nothing's new.

The S is covered up, we're getting "stuff" done around the house and I'm looking forward to the holidays.

Still gainfully employed and keeping busy with the grandkids.

Would like to spend more time taking pics, but the weeks fly by.

What are you up to?

Hey Lainey, you like to take pictures. I'm thinking of selling my boat or trading it for a bigger one. Can you come down the Cape and take about a 100 pictures of my boat for me?

I could, but I'm not sure the pics would help you sell the boat. Where's the boat these days? You're out of the water, aren't you?

Oh and here is some important news.

Our grandson was "Student of the month" in his kindergarten class.

Now his Dad, (our son) never got that coveted award and I always wanted to rear end the cars that had those "student of the month" bumper stickers.

Wonder if I'll get a bumper sticker. I'm sure Rick would love to put it on the S.

Congrats on SOTM.

The boat is out of the water sitting in my driveway down the cape.

Hey, only 1 week to thanksgiving. Do you attend a large family gathering or go out to eat?

These days, I don't have much going on aside from job hunting. Been unemployed for almost 2 months now. So, the daily routine is get up, job hunt, eat, sleep, rinse repeat. On the brighter note, I do have an interview on Monday. We'll see how that pans out.

Since I just moved back to Boston, Thanksgiving will be spent with my family. The weather forecast is showing rain doh!

We stay home, which we prefer. Our son, daughter in law and grandchildren join us. The granddaughter eats the traditional turkey dinner. For some reason the grandson won't eat much in the meat family, except meatballs, hot dogs and chicken nuggets.

So he'll get nuggets along with the potatoes and gravy.

Busy at work with a shift in management... Do more with less people....

Car is away but already started the winter project so at least I have something to tinker with through out the cold months...

Talking an awful lot with Tom over at Bethania Garage/Harddog Fabrication about roll bars for this winter's project this week. Nearly got it all sorted out, just have to decided when I want to order it... I am ready anytime you are Mike (Mongo)

Trying to lose some weight, 1. I just have gotten to heavy, but I also have to fit my fat a** in my new seats, which currently is a task in itself... Lost 6lbs in the past few weeks so going in the right direction!
Thanksgiving is next week! Year has flown by... Usually go up to my 'rents for dinner and to much pie... really going to put a damper on my diet, but hey it's one day right
