Default Ouch....

Well....was preheating my grill.....lit it and walked away....it was lit

I went to the side burner. Went to light it (which shares the ignitor of the main burner) and promptly discovered that you grill lid can blow open!

I have ouchie burns on my thumb....no hair on my right hand.....
and lots of belly hair missing as well as a 1st degree burn to my tummy...it smells not so good in my house.

\ahhhh SUmmer.

Did that once. My parents used to have a grill where the starter was busted so we used to light it with a match through one of the small holes in the side. One time I took too long and also left the lid down, *boom* went flying open. Scared the crap out of me.
