Did what was recommended after hours of searching s2ki and so far so good. I drove 25 miles with no check engine light and the car felt fine. Hopefully that does it. I guess we'll see in a couple of days.

After 1 day it's back. I think this is due to the throttle body. I'm hoping this weekend I'll have time to replace the throttle body with an OEM one and see if that solves my problem.
