Steve you do a better job keeping the heat to a normal level... do you have some kind of high tech system for that which is different than what Erick does?

Erick is doing something horribly wrong. My dad and I never let our stove get the house above 70, even when the catalytic converter is reading a solid 1500 degrees.

two different stoves plus mine is air tight so it's much easier to control the heat output

plus Erick's stove is much larger and he has a blower

it's just a learning curve
