Wed. dropping my car off at Honda for warranty repair.
Just for safe measure,Any preventive maintenance i can do now before any wear holes appear in the future.
Dont have any holes now. Only issue i have with the top is it rattles like crazy (top Latches levers) when i go over bumps and look gravel in the road.

ya, I'll be taking it to Honda for warranty and make them replace the top and look over the metal parts.
if I remember I will take a picture. Port- whenever we meet up I'll show you where it is wearing. Meeting up with Pinky, he has wear spots, but not like mine. I think it's a defect or something.
sorry, I didn't get to take a picture yet, but will try in the next few days because... Honda took my car all day today and ended up giving me back my car untouched because they cannot identify the problem.
Therefore they took digital pics and had to send them to Honda of America to find out what to do. The dealership did guarantee that I will be getting a new softop, but they did not want to put on on at this time because the problem will probably come back until they fix the mtal brackets on the lowering mechanism. They will contact me within 48 hours on what they will be doing. I'll keep you posted.

I took it to Hoffman Honda on RT 44 in Avon, since I've bought cars from them before. They just seem to be nicer than Liberty IMO.
i too have heard nothing but horro-stories about Libety Hondas service, or lack of.
I used to work for Hoffman, the Porsche Audi dealership that is.
and i always thought id be buying a Boxster one day after working there so many years
