S2000 in the winter?
If you have space to park a beater, get one and leave the S at home on snow days. Snow tires are not cheap and you can get a decent beater for what the snows will cost you over a few winters. If you must drive the S in snow (Like I have done for the last 5 years) get some really good snow tires and you should be "ok". I am shopping for a beater this year cause I now have extra parking space.
I'd pretty much agree with mas. I get joy out of driving in the winter on my winter tires, but not in particularly bad weather. For me, a nice icy drive wtih the top down is livin' large. I use my Suzuki Sidekick in the real crap.
I did last winter with my S and it was the worst thing i could have done. First snow of the year i went off the road and cracked my front lip going 10mph. Mine is going up in a couple of weeks and will be selling in the spring.
