Default S2000's On The Road

I don't know if it's just me, but do you guys feel like within the past couple years, you have seen more S2k's on the road?

I only just got my AP1 in April, but even before that I was pretty perceptive when spotting most cars including the S2k. I just feel like I see more of them now, possiby because I own one now. What do you guys think?

We rarely see other S2000's when out and about, we do when we do see one.

Yea everytime I see another S2000, I wave, and usually when they see me first they flash or wave at me first.

However there is this one old Asian guy with a silver s2000 in my area that I've run into twice and he just has a super serious face and gives me a half ass wave back everytime I wave at him lol. I think he is one of those owners that like the car but isn't really crazy about it or is aware of the community.

Or he could just be a really serious samurai... lol

I get the when driving the WRX too. I pass by the same guy with a Blue WRX on my way to work. He waves every time. Wonder if he's thinking, "darn, she's , what's she doing in a WRX?" In the S2000 we do see all age groups.

Long, long ago, when we had a Renault LeCar, the was a happening thing.

Ever notice the guys on the Harleys don't lift up their arms to wave? They just drop their arm/hand to the side of the bike, and extend it out a bit. What's up with that?

ahhh the infamous low wave.

A few of my friends are bikers. It's just a biker thing. My friend says it's just safer on a bike and I guess "cooler", like more serious looking than a big .

But yea it's a known and respectable thing the low wave. If you lift your arm too high, you might shift your weight too much to one side if you think about it.

Yea most Impreza owners are younger from what I've noticed. EVO owners too.
