HopkingtonMA and myself are thinking of getting together tomorrow morning for a drive. It was suggested to drive around the Fort Devens area, but we basicly could go anywhere. Anyone else interested? Any suggestions on where we can meet up and where we can go? I am up for anything.

MIDN_S2K are you visiting from MD?
Well if you are WELCOME TO NEW ENGLAND!!!
Time wise, how about 9:00AM, but where do you guys want to meet up?
I'll be checking here on and off until tomorrow morning. So just let me know!
s2ktaxi, when will you find out if you are signed up for the auto-x?

It's supposed to start rain showers around mid-afternoon tomorrow around here, so if the group left at whatever meeting place we decide on at 9:00, there will be about 5 hours of good driving time with lunch. I am supposed to be in York Beach around 2:00 p.m. tomorrow, it's a nice area to drive around once you are up there, but kinda boring to get there. There is a Corvette get together up that area, but it doesnt start until 5:00 p.m. and I have no idea how many cars will show up, due to the possibility of showers. There are supposed to be a lot of nice older classic cars up there (besides vettes).
Just checked the weather forecast for Southern VT and Maine areas and looks like there is more of a possibility of showers up there than around here (60% vs 50%), so maybe as John suggested, a Mt Wachusetts area drive might work out better tomorrow. Also, it might be fun to stop by Ft. Devens even if Francis did not make the registration and watch some of the BMW's run. Also, for those of you who have never attended an auto-x event, it will give you a good idea of what to expect.
I vote for a 9:00 a.m. meeting on Route 2A just West of 495...anyone else?
