Im getting so frustrated with this whole thing cause i just sold all the parts off of my S that I love. Where is the car you want? I do not understand why he is not willing to make some money.

the Evo is a private sale that is way under book with title in hand. the dealer would make between 1000-2000 on the deal. And they wont tell me who i am approved through so i can go and do it through my dealer.

sell the S - save money and buy the evo when you have cash in the bank or just take another car loan after you sell the S..

But the problem is i owe to much on my S so i cant sell it outright now. With getting the evo at the price im getting it at i would be back with equity into a car so i could get back on the right track.

do cars give you equity??

just trying to understand

let's say you owe 18 on the S and sell it for 16.5 - lose = 1.5k this would go into a new loan for the evo - purchase price of evo 16.5 loan 18 wouldn't you still be up side down??

i sold my 04 for 24 and the next day i found a POS cop car - it was fine for a year. insurance was only 600.00 and best of all no car payments.. then i bought the lude with cash - still no car payments or big excise tax bill or high insuance

as a side note - no one really cares what car you drive - sure the S is a great fun car as is the evo BUT wouldn't you rather have $$$$$ now and someday when you have $$$$$$ you can get another one?
