Gotta change the diet.

I have the same issue. Example: This past summer I bike to work 3-4 times a week (only about 30 minutes each way) and I would generally go out for a morning bike on either Sat-Sun for about 30-45 minutes. During this time I manage to lose 0 lbs.

I do however like to drink beer, eat Nachos, put cream & sugar in my coffee, and consume cold cut subs for lunch.

The last time I changed my diet I managed to lose 30 lbs, I however don't seem to enjoy dieting. I love crappy food too much. I did however make one change, which I attribute to keeping the 30lbs from coming back: No beer in the house. I only buy it when I'm out and about and then I drink in moderation.

Wine is another story
oh yes..here comes the diet talk
one thing for sure is that I love brewskis...I used to (before I went back to gym) would have porbably 6 beers during a week and most likely another fiew or couple during weekend. Since then I didn't quit drinking beer nor I ever will, I definetly cut the consumption of it in half or better.

Tommi, 99.9% of the time it is the other way around... us women workout for hours and starve w/o losing a damn thing and you guys skip lunch and lose 3 lbs Women everywhere want to hear your story

It will catchup - the weight loss that is. You just need to consume a few less calories. Like Kenta, even just ONE thing can make a difference over time.

I knew a guy who drank alot and he simply switched to only drinking light beer - he saved about 50 calories per beer and at 3-6 beers per day that adds up. Look for ONE thing you can change calories wise in your life. Start small... every little bit helps -- or hurts!!!

And at the very least you feel much better. That is the #1 thing! I love being able to walk and run now w/o feeling crappy in a few minutes like when I first started

Tommi1980

Cardio after lifting and not before. I jump rope for boxing and kickboxing. So I implement Jump Rope in to my weight lifting, Bench, Jumprope for 30 sconds to 60. Bench, Shadowbox with 3 pound weights, back on the bench. Superset it.

I am not a huge guy but it works for me

Anyways GL man.
